Bicester U13 v Gosford All Blacks - match report

Due to the match having to be played as a training match due to a lack of players available to Gosford All Blacks a match report was not provided, plus the fact that if one was written it would be so long it would take forever to read as so many trys scored changes made with Bicester players assisting the home team with a constant number of their players.

Charlie made his come back after a month out due to injury, in that time he managed to pick up the Player of the season award from his school, and scoring 3 trys upon his return to the team, well done !

Luke scored his first Try for Bicester then going on to score a hatrick himself, well done!

Jack Davies was asked to play at Scrum half as an impact player and back his speed and go for the gaps and RUN and RUN, …………. He did just that picking a ball from a scrum that the Bicester pack had won against the head, with more then 60m from the Gosford try line Jack went for it, like the wind he swerved past players who were trying hard to take him down, with the last player to get past being his own Bicester player Josh who does not like any one to pass him, with great agility and speed Jack slipped through the tackle of Josh to run an amazing try under the posts, do we have a young Dwain Peel on our hands ???
Well done Jack good to see you back at full speed!

(for those who do not know who Dwain Peel is, he is a very fast scrum half who plays for Sale ……………………………oh and Wales).

Due to the many changes and lending of players the Bicester game was at time effected so when the Bigger Gosford players started to give a little suggestion that they were getting on top, Bicester Coaches altered their line up to that what had started as there strongest and for the last ten minutes of the game the Bicester team raised the bar putting the Gosford team to the sword with Allan Hilman leading the way with some strong running and a try.

Well done to all the boys they all did well, they were very sporting by playing for the opposition and gave all the large numbers of supporters a good game to watch, helped by the very vocal Gosford U16 team that gave their team a great cheer for a full 5 minutes up until the 3rd try was scored.

Oh One last thing Tim converted lots of conversion to many to count, sorry Tim, but well done

Other try scorers sorry about not mentioning your try but a very well done to all.

Mark
